With transparent communication and carefully curated processes, we ensure that every project is a collaborative success.
Process
-
We begin every project by getting to know your design vision, target pricing, and timeline. This helps us guide you in selecting the right yarns and techniques.
-
In knitwear, the fabric does not exist until it is created, which makes swatching an essential first step. We develop swatches using your chosen yarn, stitch pattern, and tension so you can evaluate the drape, texture, and overall feel of your design. This early stage allows us to refine key details and ensure everything looks and performs as intended before moving to full prototypes.
-
With tech packs and approved swatches, we get to move into sampling. A first proto allows us to finalize pricing, get brand feedback and apply tweaks until we reach approval.
-
Production begins once styles are fully approved. Materials are ordered, reviewed for quality when received, then distributed to our knitting groups. Throughout the process, we maintain ongoing communication and follow-up to ensure quality and timelines. Once all goods are audited, they are brought into our office for final review and packaging.
-
Quality is at the core of everything we do and is integrated at every stage of the process, from initial concept to final export. We are proud to report that our margin for error in shipped product is less than 0.03%.

uncompromising quality
Quality is integral to how we work and operate. Our margin for error in shipped product is less than 0.03%.
Our quality control is thorough and happens at multiple stages before export:
Yarn & Trims: All raw materials are carefully inspected upon arrival.
Production Kickoff: Full-size sets are created and audited to approve bulk production.
Ongoing Production: Auditors regularly visit workshops to monitor progress and maintain standards.
End of Production: Final audits take place at the workshops once production is complete.
Pre-Packaging: A final quality check is conducted at our offices to ensure every detail meets expectations.
How many human hands touch each item we produce?
Each style takes a collaborative journey, moving through multiple hands to ensure exceptional quality. It begins with our commercial and development teams, followed by close collaboration between development, production auditors, and finally our packing team. During production, the item progresses through specialized knitting phases, each requiring unique expertise, from the initial knitdown to linking, finishing touches like hiding ends, and finally steaming to perfect the garment.
